Download the VLC player from the official website: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
Open VLC Player on your device.
Click Media → Open Network Stream.
Paste the M3U link provided by Planet Stream, then click Play.
Wait while the complete channel list loads (this may take a few moments).

Download STB Emulator from the Google Play Store.
Install and launch the application. Your MAC address will appear on the screen.
Tap Settings (the 4th icon from the right).
Select Profiles.
To edit an existing profile, tap Test Portal, or tap Add Profile to create a new one.
Choose Set-top box model, then select MAG 250 or the model you want to emulate.
Go to Portal Settings and enter the Planet Stream portal URL received by email, then click OK.
Set the Screen Resolution to 1280 × 720 (you can choose a higher resolution if your connection exceeds 16 Mbps).
Exit the application and restart it. Your channel list will appear automatically.
If some channels do not load properly:
Restart the application, your device/box, and your Wi-Fi router.

Connect your MAG device to your TV and the Internet.
Go to: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals
Set Portal 1: Planet Stream
Enter the Portal 1 URL received in your activation email.
For Portal 2, leave the field empty unless you have a second subscription.
Enter the Portal 2 URL only if necessary.
Save your settings and restart the device.
Once the TV has restarted, wait until all channels appear.
